About Wyatt J.

As a young man, Wyatt Holtsclaw achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, and he was active in his church and community. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Accounting and then practiced as an accountant/ controller for approximately 5 years before deciding he was going to go insane unless he chose another profession.

Mr. Holtsclaw went back to school and graduated from St. Thomas University, School of Law in Miami, Florida in December 2010. Mr. Holtsclaw was a 3-time competitor in Mock Trial competitions and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He made the Dean’s List in several semesters and received the “book” award (for the highest grade in his class) in some of his classes including Real Estate, Civil Procedure, and Legal Writing. He passed the bar exam on his first attempt. If any potential law student is reading this, he recommends that you take a Remedies class as it has greatly benefited his career as a civil litigator.

Mr. Holtsclaw is an experienced civil litigator who has been licensed for approximately 15 years. His practice included litigation in both state and Federal courts as well as arbitration hearings. Mr. Holtsclaw has handled numerous complex litigations at all phases of litigation including pre-litigation, litigation, and appeal. He has represented several large government entities and business entities, but he now primarily focuses on representation of individuals and small businesses.

Although Mr. Holtsclaw has experience in several areas of civil litigation including Employment Law and Personal Injury, his practice now focuses primarily on Real Estate, Business, and Probate matters.

Mr. Holtsclaw takes pride in tailoring solutions to the individual client. His guiding principle as a litigator is to avoid a fight whenever possible, but to fight hard when it cannot be avoided.
