Before becoming an attorney, he earned a degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and worked as an accountant and controller — experience that now gives him a strong advantage in cases involving business disputes, financial issues, estate matters, and complex real estate concerns.

Wyatt graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he earned multiple academic distinctions, competed successfully in mock trial, and passed the bar exam on his first attempt. For 15 years, he has built a career as a civil litigator handling negotiations, pre-litigation disputes, courtroom proceedings, arbitration, and appeals.
